Click and Collect

We’re excited to offer a convenient Click and Collect service, allowing you to shop online and pick up your purchases at our physical retail store. Here’s how it works:

How to Use Click and Collect:

Place Your Order Online:
Browse our selection at www.lanewayhome.co.nz and add your favorite items to your cart. At checkout, select the “Click and Collect” option.
Wait for Your Confirmation:
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This usually takes 1-2 business days. If you need your items sooner, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Collect Your Order:
Visit our store at 190 High Street, Hunnibell Lane, Rangiora to pick up your order. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID to ensure a smooth pickup.

Monday -CLOSED
Tuesday - 10am - 2pm
Wednesday - 10am - 4pm
Thursday - 10am - 4pm
Friday - 10am - 5pm
Saturday - 10am - 2pm
Sunday - CLOSED

Important Information:

Pickup Timeframe: Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email. If you’re unable to collect it within this time, contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Authorized Pickup: If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation email and a valid ID.
Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at sales@lanewayhome.co.nzas soon as possible. We’ll be happy to help.
