Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if not received or email us at hello@lanewayhome.nz

Standard Shipping Rates

• Urban Delivery - $8
• Rural Delivery  - $12 

We use New Zealand Post with track and trace within New Zealand. All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery.  Rural allow another few days.

FREE shipping for orders over $150.00

* some items have an oversize surcharge for shipping of $10.00 nationwide including rural.
* some exceptions may apply for large/heavy furniture. To be determined on an order by order basis

We do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address.
We are not currently shipping internationally.
